Andy Goldberg, CEO

Andy Goldberg, PCH CEOAndy Goldberg joined PCH in 1983 as Manager of Consumer Product Promotions and became the CEO of Publishers Clearing House in 2003. Throughout his career at Publishers Clearing House, Andy has held a number of leadership positions in the Marketing and Merchandise areas where his work most notably facilitated the Company's development and diversification into a wide range of products. As CEO, Andy continues to lead PCH's evolution from direct mail to online marketing with emphasis on the development of online and social properties. He is currently a member of the PCH Board of Directors and is a past member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of The Direct Marketing Association. Andy earned his BS in Marketing from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

 Deborah Holland, Executive Vice President

Deborah HollandDeborah Holland joined PCH as a Marketing Analyst in 1979 and since that time has held management positions with progressive responsibility in a variety of departments, learning virtually all aspects of the Publishers Clearing House business. In 2000, Deborah was appointed to the position of Executive Vice President where she is currently in charge of Creative, Communications, the PCH Sweepstakes and Consumer Affairs. Deborah participates annually with the PCH Team in the Long Island Workplace Challenge 3.5 mile run to raise funds for local children's charities. Deborah has a BA in English and French from Muhlenberg College, an MBA in Marketing from Adelphi University and has completed the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School.

 John Princiotta, Senior Vice President

John Princiotta, SVPJohn Princiotta joined PCH in 1985 as the Manager of Campus Subscriptions, a division of PCH that offered special discounts to college students. He subsequently headed up the Credit & Collections department before moving to the Marketing area, where he's managed a number of key areas. In his current role as Senior Vice President of Marketing, some of his primary responsibilities include overseeing the acquisition and expansion of the Company's customer base and the cultivation of multi-channel customers. John received his BS and MBA in Marketing from St. John's University.


  Jon Carpenter, Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Jon is responsible for all financial functions including planning, forecasting, reporting, analysis and controls, as well as investments, mergers and acquisitions for strategic business development.  His vision for the financial team goes beyond the traditional definition of reporting the numbers, managing the financial function and being reactive to additionally becoming a strategic partner for management by applying critical thinking and trend identification to support the long term goals of the company. 

With over 15 years of previous experience at leading companies such as Nielsen, Sears Holdings Company and General Electric, where he held various global roles in the U.S., Europe and Asia, Jon brings a breadth of knowledge relevant to the current PCH business and opportunities for future expansion.  He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Vermont.

Todd Sloane, Senior Vice President

Todd SloaneTodd Sloane joined PCH as a Marketing Analyst in 1985. He has held many positions in the Company, including Advertising Manager and Director of Promotion Development. In his current position as Senior Vice President Creative Todd manages all of the creative content the company produces including mailings, online promotions, and television advertising. Todd is also co-founder of the famous PCH Prize Patrol, and regularly participates in prize awards. Todd attained his BS in Business Administration/Marketing Concentration from SUNY Buffalo.



Craig Anderson, Senior Vice President

Craig AndersonCraig Anderson joined PCH as Senior Manager of New Product Operations, and has been with the company since 1990. In 2003 he became Senior Vice President of Operations and Marketing Services, and oversees all things involving product sourcing, order processing and fulfillment, IT, and producing/distributing email and direct mail promotions. Under Craig's direction the company expanded its product buying to direct sourcing, opening up increased merchandise variety, improved quality and reduced prices. Craig received his MBA in Finance from St. John's University and his BS in Marketing from C.W. Post.


Bill Low, Senior Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel

Bill LowBill Low is the General Counsel and a Senior Vice President of Publishers Clearing House. Bill has advised Publishers Clearing House for over 35 years, first as a partner in a major national law firm with offices in New York City and later joining the company in 1993. As General Counsel, Bill is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s legal affairs. In addition to his expertise in sweepstakes regulations, he is the chief legal adviser on funding for million and multi-million dollar prize payments. As Secretary, he is also responsible for official corporate records. Bill received his education at Harvard College and Harvard Law School.

Anita Goldstein, Chief People Officer of Human Resources

Anita GoldsteinAnita Goldstein joined PCH in 1984 as a Human Resources Manager and left in 1986 to raise her family. She returned in 2004 and was promoted to Chief People Officer of Human Resources in 2015. Under Anita's direction, HR has become a vital business partner for all departments at PCH. Anita attained her BA in Communications at Tulane University and her Masters in Guidance and Counseling from the University of Miami.



Ash Dhupar, Chief Analytics Officer

Ash joined PCH in June 2014 as a Chief Analytics Officer and is responsible for harnessing the power of big data and analytics to evolve mobile and cross-channel strategies. Ash oversees analytics, modeling and insights across all PCH business including Commerce, Digital Entertainment and Liquid.  

Ash is a 20-year veteran in the Analytics industry and has a deep passion for creating breakthrough and visionary analytics and analytic products which have changed how business is done across Retailing, Advertising and Digital Marketing. Prior to joining PCH, he was SVP, Global Head of Research & Analytics at the NPD Group and founded two successful Analytics startups. He has a Bachelor of Science Math / Statistics, an MBA in Marketing and Bachelor of Law in Corporate Law.

Kevin Prinz, Chief Technology Officer

Kevin PrinzKevin joined PCH in February 2009 as a CTO. Kevin comes to us from CMP Media where he enjoyed a successful 14-year career, most recently in the position of CIO. At CMP, Kevin transformed IT into a strategic business partner with the devices to drive both business growth and efficiency initiatives focused on improved operating margins. He spearheaded various large scale projects including the integration of 15 plus acquisitions, roll-out of enterprise wide CRM solution improving business forecasting. When Kevin joined PCH as CTO, his original responsibility was limited to the offline technology department. In Nov 2009 he took on the additional responsibility of the online technology and operations department, creating a single IT organization to best support the growing business.

Mark Cullinane, Senior Vice President of Digital

Mark Cullinane is Senior Vice President of Publishers Clearing House Digital. In this role, he leads the digital sales and marketing efforts and is driving organic audience and advertiser partnership growth via accelerated internal development, innovative partnerships and M&A opportunities. Mark comes to PCH from GSN where he held several leadership roles, most recently, Senior Vice President, business and corporate development. Mark graduated as valedictorian from the United States Coast Guard Academy, with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. He later earned a Masters in Business at Harvard Business School.


 Wendy Smith, Assistant Vice President

Wendy Smith

Wendy Smith began her tenure at PCH in 1988. She started out in Marketing and transitioned to manage Mailing Services, moved on to Director of Credit & Collections and then to Assistant Vice President of Fulfillment in 2001. Wendy currently manages postal affairs, merchandise and magazine fulfillment, inventory control, inbound freight logistics, fulfillment system planning, and lock box payment processing. Wendy earned her BBA in Marketing at Hofstra University.



 Susan Manning, Assistant Vice President

Susan ManningSusan Manning joined PCH as a Marketing Analyst for Testing and Contests in 1989. In 2005, she became Assistant Vice President of Operations, Inventory Planning and Product Forecasting. Susan attained her MBA and BBA in Marketing at Hofstra University.
