Call us with any questions or concerns you may have about our sweepstakes. Our specially trained representatives are standing by to help. If you believe a close friend or relative may need assistance with the offers they are receiving, we urge you to contact us. We will provide you with helpful information and take whatever special steps may be appropriate to assist.
SweepSmarts® “Purchase Patrol”
Publishers Clearing House surveys our customer file on a regular basis to identify customers with unusually high order levels. These customers are then proactively contacted to determine if they understand that no purchase is necessary, and they are asked if there are any problems with their purchases from us. If the consumer is having any difficulties, we will remove the customer from our mailing list and provide them with appropriate information and assistance.
SweepsSmarts® No Purchase Reminders
As part of our continuing communications with our customers, Publishers Clearing House sends a non-promotional stand-alone letter, once a year, to remind our most active customers that no purchase is ever necessary in order to be eligible for any of our sweepstakes prizes.
