The Publishers Clearing House Contest Department
The Publishers Clearing House Contest Department is responsible for planning and administering all PCH Giveaways from registration and eligibility requirements through drawings and prize awards.
Prize Payment
Publishers Clearing House prizes are paid promptly to winners. Payment is guaranteed by surety bonds posted in conjunction with Contest Registrations for prizes over $5,000.00.
Affidavit of Eligibility
Major prize winners sign an Affidavit of Eligibility to confirm their identity and eligibility to win. Employees of Publishers Clearing House, their immediate families, contest processors and Giveaway Supervisors are not eligible to win the Publishers Clearing House Sweepstakes.
Processing & Procedures
PCH sweepstakes entries are processed in a secure environment in a timely fashion and all entries are handled with care. The PCH Contest Department plans and coordinates contest processing and winning number selection procedures.
Contest Registration
The PCH contests are registered in New York and Florida, as required by state laws.
PCH Board of Officials
Publishers Clearing House Sweepstakes are conducted under the supervision of the PCH Board of Officials. The Board of Officials is dedicated to upholding the integrity of the Publishers Clearing House contests and sweepstakes.
