The Publishers Clearing House Contest Department is responsible for planning and administering all PCH Giveaways from registration and eligibility requirements through drawings and prize awards.
This specially trained group keeps track of all the giveaway details, writes the Official Rules, issues processing instructions and makes sure the winners receive their prizes in a timely fashion.
Maryann Carter is the PCH Contest Department Manager. Many customers recognize her name since it is often used in PCH promotions. Maryann joined the PCH Contest Department in 1995. As Contest Manager, Maryann is responsible for all facets of contest processing and integrity. The major portion of her job is the coordination and overseeing of all sweepstakes drawings as well as making sure that all prizes are timely awarded. Maryann enjoys seeing the excitement on our winner’s faces as they react to being surprised in person by the Prize Patrol and feels that in a very small way, her job helps to contribute to the happiness of our PCH winners.
Kristin, Lori, Debby and Kathy work with Maryann to support sweepstakes administration for online and offline Publishers Clearing House giveaways.
Kristin Cooke joined PCH in 2000 starting her career as a Proofreader and later a Quality Assurance Analyst. Kristin joined the Contest Department in 2007 and currently holds the position of Senior Contest Analyst. She is responsible for all of PCH’s online contest promotions inclusive of writing Official Rules and processing of our online exclusive giveaways.
Lori Schulman joined PCH in 2008 and is our Contest Analyst responsible for all giveaways promoted in mailed packages. In addition to contest processing and tracking of all giveaway information, Lori writes the Official Rules for all of these promotional packages.
Debby Jordan is the newest member of our team having joined PCH in 2009. Debby is our prize fulfillment specialist, handling the fulfillment of prizes for winners that come from both our online and mailed package giveaways.
Kathy Taylor is a veteran of PCH, having joined the company in 1966. Kathy assists the contest department with administrative tasks as well as being our point person responsible for gathering all of the Prize Patrol materials to get the team out on the road.
