Major prize winners sign an Affidavit of Eligibility to confirm their identity and eligibility to win. Employees of Publishers Clearing House, their immediate families, contest processors and Giveaway Supervisors are not eligible to win the Publishers Clearing House Sweepstakes.
Processing & Procedures

PCH sweepstakes entries are processed in a timely fashion, in a secure environment and all entries are handled with care. The PCH Contest Department plans and coordinates these efforts to ensure that integrity is upheld at every turn.
